237. What we see

Have we ever pointed something out about someone 

Something like:

“That person complains all the time” 

“This person is so negative” 

It’s one thing to point this out and move on 

To learn from it, to understand how not to be 

It’s another to judge, to say that’s bad or wrong 

To let it eat us alive 

Because to a point – it’s also true that what we see in others is a meer reflection of ourselves 

The difference is in the perspective. 

One is a lesson, something external that I can apply internally to get better 

The other is a judgement, that’s bad and that’s not okay – coming from the inside, from MY point of view to the external. 

The inside is that unhealed wound we have 

A game of millimeter shifts.
