Because without the review, we can’t adjust and get better
We just had a tweak to our plan after reviewing
We have cash to purchase a property, at first we wanted to house hack and rent out the other side of the duplex as a short term rental.
After looking at properties and reviewing our plan
Maybe a single family short term rental is all that’s needed to start
Always make sure to review plans
The easiest part is the doing, but if we can take a second to look up, refocus and replan – we’ll be well on our way to achieving our goals.
Or completely off, who knows.
