262. Why freak out

We may feel like we’re about to explode

To unleash hell on someone, to tell them a thing or two

We almost can’t wait to give the other person a  piece of our minds.

And everytime we freak out on someone, how do we feel?

Yeah,

Maybe it’s better to hold our tongues back, breathe for a second, and try our best to practice tactness.

It may be harder to do, but I believe the way we handle people and situations directly corresponds with our quality of life.

If we freak out, shove our agenda down other people’s throat’s, and worry about this, that, and the third, life is heavy like a war

If we learn to let go, control only our minds because that is really the only thing we can control – life will be light like a dance.

I’ll take the dance.
