307. Reasons

We always have a reason to do something. 

We do this because of that, that because of this. 

Why do you want to be healthy and fit? 

  • For ourselves? 
  • To cure x,y, and z
  • Spending time with family? 
  • Relieve back, knee, hip pain?
  • To look good?
  • To live longer?

Once we know why, and once we know what to do, there’s only one part left: doing it.
