I don’t have enough time 

But we all have 24 hours in a day, that’s a fact 

So how don’t I have enough time?

Choice. 

Everything I choose to do – or not to do – is a choice 

All within my control 

I don’t have enough time to spend with family 

I don’t have enough time to do what I want 

Then an adjustment needs to be made 

Choose to do less

Give myself the freedom to do more
