There’s a saying,
Slow is smooth and smooth is fast
Do we believe that?
How often do we practice this?
Typically we think faster means rushing around, go go go
It may feel like we’re moving faster, but are we really?
Probably not, too much going on, forgetting things, not paying attention to the little things, double backing…
But if we slow down, that makes things smooth, and smooth is fast
Isn’t that the goal?
