437. How dependent are we on things? 

“I need my coffee today” 

“I can’t go out without my wallet” 

“If I don’t have my jacket I’ll freeze” 

There’s a practice that may force us to get better: 

Intentionally cut things out of our life for a short period of time…

An hour, day, week, month – it could be any amount. 

Because the point is, We can live without these things!

I’ve been a 2-3 cups a day coffee drinker for as long as I can remember, years…

Day 8 of no caffeine.
