459: Savers – a morning routine 

Here’s a morning routine: 

Silence – sit in silence, be present 

Affirmations- what’s our character? Visualization – of our desired outcomes 

Exercise – to get the heart and blood going – a few reps is fine

Read – to expand our knowledge 

Scribe – in our journals 

Could take 10 minutes or 90, it’s up to you but it’s a great flow – for me.
