Each day – no – each second gives us a chance to overthink
What about this or that? What to wear, do, eat, what’s next?
All future events.. .
What if we focused on what’s right in front of us?
Being where our feet are.
We don’t need to get lost in everyone else’s drama – we can do our ‘job’.
Whatever our job is at this moment. (work, making food, sewing)
Besides, what if this was our last task? It could be.
Even if it isn’t though, wasting what’s right in front of us doesn’t help anything.
There’s clarity in the simplicity of being where our feet are.
