Running a race, whether its a 5k, half marathon, marathon, 50 miler…

Ever hear if you fail to plan you prepare to fail? 

How much do we really plan? 

For a race:

We have our nutrition, salt, and fluid intake

The gear we are wearing 

The shoes we are wearing 

Race day strategy

Prepare for the weather 

The morning of 

Arrival and check in  

And I’m sure more.. 

Do we plan this much for our goals in life? 

Where else can this benefit?
