568. Running changes lives

Running changes lives, for a number of different reasons:

Freedom, weight loss, community, challenges, mental health, physical health, to nab a PR, experience

It’s so easy to do, so easy not to do 

And most people who run, aren’t “the running type” 

We do it because it’s a way to make us better

But running doesn’t have to be the means towards better, either 

It’s just been that means for a lot of people, it works

And it could work for you too.
