603. Reference Point

Buckeye is a 200-mile run in Ohio, 100 miles out and 100 miles back 

Why do something like that? 

To use this experience as a reference point in our life 

To go back to it and remember that win, remember the sacrifice, remember that we’re a lot stronger than we think 

And running is a great way to help with this, there are other ways too though
