650. Things start clicking

Sometimes on a run we hit a PR on a certain route

And then on that same route we can have one of our slowest times 

It’s not about speed, its showing how no two days – or runs – are the same 

Sometimes it feels like we can be pushing a boulder up a mountain – how do we respond? 

Sometimes things start clicking and fall into place – how do we respond then? 

There’s no right answer, but there are better ways then others
