721. Weekly workout plans 

Do you have one? It helps. 

Because it’s a lot easier to do things when we plan on doing them. 

Monday I’m doing this, Tuesday that, etc. 

I work out at 9 am on these days 

Sit down every Sunday – or whatever works for you and map out what you’re doing each day of the week – workout-wise. 

Long cardio, various strength training, yoga are some of the stuff that’s on my list.
