728. Two quick lessons 

  1. Walking the walk and talking the talk is WAY DIFFERENT 
  2. Comparing ourselves to others can be healthy or toxic – maybe a mix of both. 

When we compare ourselves to others, do we use it to find inspiration? Do we do it to tweak our plans to help us to our goal? 

Or do we do it to talk shit and say how much better we are and how they’re doing it wrong? 

There’s a difference
