740. Use the life map for your goals

A way to plan out our goals. 

We’ve heard the saying that, if you write down your goals you have a 90% more chance of attaining them than if you just let your goals bounce in your head like marbles. 

Something like that 

It’s true though, where attention goes energy flows, and writing down our goals brings attention and energy toward achieving them. 

So why don’t most people do it? 

Maybe, because they don’t know how. 

Here’s a tool you can use to plan your life out. The life map 

It starts out with what do I want to achieve someday? 

Then what’s the one thing I can do in 5 years to be on track for my someday? 

And what’s the one thing I can do this year to be on track for my five year? 

the one thing I can do for this month 

And the one thing I can do this week 

To the one thing I can do today… 

And don’t skip this last part

What’s the one thing I can do RIGHT NOW… 

We can ask this multiple times a day too  

Use it, abuse it – just don’t lose it.
