773. Just 5 minutes a day to change your life

5 minutes a day is all you need to change your life. 

Imagine if we did 5 minutes a day for 30 days of hanging on a bar, how much would our shoulder injury improve? (A lot)

Or 5 minutes of squats per day, how much would our posture improve?  (A lot)

Even more specific:

5 minutes of shin rotations per day, how much would our shin splints go away? (A lot) 

5 minutes of atg split squat, how much would our knee pain go away? 

5 minutes of reading; how much would we learn in a year?  (A lot)

5 minutes of meditation, how much more calm would we be?  (A lot)

See that’s the ‘secret’ to these things – consistency , day in and day out – stringing the days one by one.
