What’s something you can commit to doing every day that is bettering your fitness or health-wise?
It doesn’t have to be every day for the rest of our lives, just as long as we need it to be.
Then we can switch the daily dose to something else.
10 or 25 dips, pull-ups, and squats per day
25 pull-ups and 50 push-ups and squats
A half marathon per day
Hang for 7 minutes from a bar
Mediate for 10 minutes daily
Write 500 words
