And it’s about how we handle the shit that happens.
Freak out?
Handle it like an adult?
We get to choose our response
And different responses get different results
What’s the point of what we’re doing?
What’s the point of why we’re saying what we’re saying?
Because we’re frustrated?
Are we trying to figure something out?
And 1,000 different ways to go about it
There’s not right or wrong, just some ways are better then others
Literally, when you identify that SPLIT second where you choose to react and how to react, it changes your life when you pause and make a choice

such a small gap isn’t it? there’s serious power in being able to choose that response in that split second no matter what or how the other person / thing etc is responding
