Preferences.
We all have them…
“Why would I pay someone to do it when I can do it myself?”
Because I love my life and appreciate my time and can pay someone else for their time to do it so I can do other things
“Why would I do it myself when i can pay someone else to do it?”
Because it saves me money. I could learn something new and take pride in my work
There’s no right or wrong, just different.
One person likes vanilla, the other chocolate.
One likes to do everything themselves, the other likes to hire people to do it.
Most importantly, each decision – any decision – has consequences further than at first glance.
Here are some:
- The person who does everything themselves, they can only do so much – we all have the same amount of time.
- The person who hires people to do it, they must know how to communicate and lead others effectively.
