“I don’t feel like it”
And It’s weird…
generally speaking if our kids have a game to attend or an appointment – we’d make it happen – if we feel like doing it or not
So why not do the same for us?
We know we need to eat healthy and move daily – but “I don’t feel like it”
And that’s okay to not feel like doing it…
What’s not okay is NOT doing it, day after day…
Because we don’t need to feel like doing everything we do
In fact, doing things we don’t feel like doing strengthens our mental state and our mindset.
If we only did things when we felt like it, what would get done? I would never do anything!
Here’s a personal example:
Running 26.2 miles on a saturday morning by myself in the rain and cold is the last thing I want to do, I don’t feel like doing it, but guess what?
I got it done.
What’s something that you don’t feel like doing, but you’ll get it done anyway?
