96. Planning the weeks

Planning – the year, month, week, day – is key to ensuring we create the life that we want for ourselves – by design. 

Do you plan your days? How?

For me, pick a day, any day (Sunday) to plan for the week

What are my goals? (mainly a review) ((unless we don’t know what we want)) 

What got done last week? [for my goals]

What needs to get done next week? [for my goals] 

A step further, what’s something new that I learned? 

What could I have done better? 

What could slow me down this week coming up? 

These are just some questions to ask to get the mind going…

I happen to ask these questions every week and they’ve provided a significant amount of value to my days, weeks, and life.
