163. Morning and Night Routines

 We talk a lot about controlling what we can control 

That’s ourselves and what we do and say, how we act, what we do 

And that’s what is being touched on, what we do. 

Things happen that we could have never planned for every day

“Things come up” 

But there’s something that happens everyday without fail, people waking up and people going to bed. 

We can, on most days, control that last 10 minutes before we’re sleeping or after waking up

What if we had a routine we did everyday without fail..

Like the golfer prepping before their shot, 

Or the basketball player shooting a free throw 

Or a pre race ritual.. 

These routines are getting their maker in the zone, ready for the task that they are about to undertake

And for us? That’s life. 

So, let’s start – or keep on doing – our morning and night routines because it’s one of the few things we have complete control over.
