We hear it all the time
Don’t do it like that
Do it this way
I hate how such and such does x, y, z
These are only a few of millions of different criticizing sentences and complaints
But what good comes out of this? We rarely feel better after a session
Our ego loves criticizing and complaining in the moment
But our ego doesn’t always lead us in the “right” direction and can pull us down, hold us back
So instead of criticizing and complaining about others why not criticize and complain about ourselves?
Better yet,
let’s not criticize or complain at all, control what we can control, and do the best we can
