298. One routine I’d implement to make healthy eating a lasting change:

Meal prepping. 

Meal prepping is often talked about on a weekly basis. 

“Meal prep for the week” 

my two cents: meal prep however you seem fit. 

If you like your food fresh, simply prepare meals for the next day. 

If you like to bulk meal prep, prep for the week or a few days. 

The best part is that once it’s a habit, it doesn’t even take that much time! Imagine if you even made meal prepping a family activity? Wouldn’t you wish you learned how to cook at a young age? 

I sure wish I did. Explain to them why you’re prepping meals, the benefits, different recipes or techniques, and anything else you’d like!
