565. real life 80/20 example

Most of our outcomes are effect by a select few of our inputs

Even though it’d be cool – the 80/20….

It sounds better, but It’s not perfectly like that, could be 90/5 or 99/1 or 60/20

Applying this for our serving shifts: Could I work three shifts a week and make more than if I were working four?

  • Just drop the Monday tuesday lunch shift and pick up that weds dinner shift – it’s busier, you’ll make more than those two days combined plus free up 8 hours.

This is just one way on how it works

Giving us more free time – time that could be spent on with each other or working towards our goals or anything else we want.

Where else can the 80/20 work?
