607. Heat acclimation 

It’s getting used to being out in the heat 

How do you do that? There are a few ways. 

By spending some time outside, and then keep on spending a little more and a little more time 

Or a sauna and increasing the time in there. 

Eventually, you could put on winter clothes while you are heat training. 

It’s essentially putting oneself in acutely stressful situations, in a controlled environment 

Our bodies begin to adapt, and we begin to get stronger and better 

Heat acclimation is something runners do to get used to running in the summer months. Hence the jingle ‘Summer miles bring fall smiles’ 

This concept can go for anything, too.
