Recovery , I feel great physically which is surprising. It was slow going, 15:00 minute miles. I think this is why my body feels so good.
Other then my shin.
Right Shin has swelled pretty badly.
It swelled on day 2, sept 30, mile 80. It’s Oct 9th now
We pressed on to 200.
Rest on the road I noticed is different then rest in our apartment.
More access to comfort, a bed, legs on the wall, out of the elements
Hot showers, healing food right there
We’ve been home for a few days and shin has gone down 25%
Still too big for a sock which is insane to me
Rest and ice. Upper body in the meantime.
