692. Icing the shin

I’m not sure what the issue is with the right shin. 

There’s a big bump on it and it’s also inflamed on the outer side too. 

Research has brought up that this is a grade four shin splint pain so severe that activity is impossible. 

Stretching the calves 

Icing the shin 

Tumeric cayenne pepper tea

It’s helping. 

Swelling down 50%? 

But once the swelling is down, I have a feeling it’s still going to need some rest. 

That’s okay, staying active with other various forms of exercise: mainly upper body calisthenics 

Still walking about a mile per day 

Plan to bike soon too
