Imagine hiking a mountain range
The point is to get to the top of each mountain
So we start at the bottom, climb up, reach the summit, climb back down and repeat until we complete all the mountain summits.
Notice the rhythm → climb up, summit, climb down.
It’s not summit, summit, summit.
Life is that way too.
Up and down vs summit summit.
So instead of fighting the down, let’s embrace it
Because that next summit is getting closer and closer with each step we take.
