The fact is, people aren’t making anymore land.
The land we have on this earth is the land we’re dealing with…
There is only so much supply and tons of demand from people, because we all need shelter.
The more people who are on this planet (7.6 billion and counting) the more land/ housing we will need.

- Management
- Moving parts
More importantly, investing is the goal.
