Runnin the numbers
In real estate investing, we run the numbers to figure out how much we can spend on a property and get the return we’d like.
The thing is- all properties have a number that makes the numbers work – it’s just agreeing on that number from a seller and buyer perspective
It’s not emotional, it’s logical. there’s a system to this. Plus a profit has to be made.
And it works, with a proven track record , people have done this before, we can do it – if we do it correctly.
Where else works with a proven track record – that hasn’t worked for us yet because maybe we’ve been emotional or not followed the directions specifically?
