Why workout? Aka move?
Why?
We’re going to die anyway…
I mean, that’s one way to look at it.
Another? Our body is a temple.
The vessel that gives us life.
Without our body what would we be? Maybe that’d be better for some people.
But for people like us, we cherish this life.
So why move? Besides the Millions of mental and physical benefits.. (physique, mental relief, focus, improved posture, performance, internal organs, friendships, commitment, confidence, etc etc etc)
Because we can…
Because why not…
Because it’s an investment into ourselves…
Because it’s a way to past time….
Any other reasons?
