Do we do our due diligence?
In real estate, a due dilligecne period is a time for us to dot our I’s and cross our T’s
To double check our stuff so we can find any mistakes made and correct them before it’s too late.
And due diligence can be with anything: traveling, schooling, our line of work..
Do we think of the outcomes? The good the bad? The price we have to pay?
Just some things to think about
Ignorance is not an excuse, and doing are due diligence is a way to fix ignorance.
